Inquiry

We start each project with an inquiry form. If it looks like we may be a good fit for each other, we'll plan a call to talk more about your vision and our services. Following this call, we'll provide you a custom planning quote based on the length of your trip and scope of the itinerary.

Deeper Dive

We love hearing about your interest, why you're taking this trip, what your aspiration is and your musts. After the trip planning fee is paid, we'll send you a more in-depth questionnaire to hone in on the details to make your trip amazing.

Itinerary Planning

Your journey is designed with thoughtful intention - hotels, logistics, and experiences, selected specifically for you and your vision for your trip. We want you to be totally happy with all aspects of your trip! We then start booking the components.

Pre- Departure Readiness

In the final version of your itinerary, we share helpful guidelines and tips so you're fully prepped for your journey.

While Traveling Support

For Itinerary Planning projects, we work with an in-destination partner to give you access to 24/7 support (in the same time zone, speaking the local language). You're fully supported throughout your journey.

Post Travel Call
